1. Prize competition and organizers
The online prize competition "The wardrobe I would like" (hereinafter "Competition") is promoted by Bijondo S. R L. , with registered office in Via Giuseppe Libertini 55, 73100 Lecce, Italy, in pers. of the legal representative you p. t Mr. Luigi D'ITRI, hereinafter "Bijondo "), tel. 3270755166
Participation in the Competition is governed exclusively by the following terms and conditions.

2. Participation
a. Anyone over the age of 18 can participate in the competition. Employees of Bijondo are excluded from participation.
b. Participation in the competition is permitted in the period between July 23, 2021, starting at 4:00 pm local time and up to and no later than July 26, 2021, until 3:59 pm local time.
c. Participation in the contest is free.
d. In order to participate in the contest, users must:
1. Being or becoming the owner of a "follower" instagram profile of Bijondo (@Bijondo );
2. Mention, in the comments at the bottom of the post published by Bijondo , an instagram profile, which must in turn become a follower of Bijondo .
3. It is possible to mention several instagram profiles, as long as they are different from each other, in different comments.
e. Only people who meet the conditions set out in point 2 participate in the Competition. d
f. The mentioning profile and the one mentioned will be nominated for the prize draw.
g. Participation in the competition is not allowed to minors under the age of 18.


3. Execution and development of the Competition
◦ Only two prizes specified below will be drawn.
◦ Two vouchers worth € 500.00, one in favor of the mentioning party and one in favor of the mentioned one, which can be spent in our stores, located at:
◦ -via G. Libertini 66 – Lecce,
◦ -via 24 May 23/25 – Gallipoli,
◦ -corso Garibaldi 38 – Otranto.
◦ In addition, the aforementioned vouchers can be spent online, on the website www. Bijondo com
◦ At the end of the competition, two winners will be drawn: the mentioning profile and the mentioned profile.
◦ A voucher worth €500.00 will be paid to both parties.
◦ Winners will be drawn at random within 5 working days of the end of the competition.
◦ Winners will be notified via direct message on their Instagram account.
◦ The winners must confirm receipt of the communication, their name and surname, date and place of birth and their e-mail address, within 3 days of the communication of the winnings by the organizer of the competition, through the means of communication used for the notification of the win. Failure to communicate, within the aforementioned term, will not give right to the prize, which will be assigned to the couple (mentioned and mentioned) extracted subsequently, until the identification of the compliant couple with respect to the requested communications.
◦ Ten extractions will be performed.
The date and time of the draw will be communicated on the Bijondo instagram profile, by publishing a post within three hours of the competition deadline.
• Prizes will be emailed to winners to their email addresses.
• The right to the prize cannot be transferred to third parties.
• Instagram is not connected in any way to the drawing and is not a touchpoint for any drawing.
• The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.
• The competition takes place on the national territory.

4. Exclusion from participation
a. In case of violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions, Bijondo reserves the right to exclude participants from the Competition.
b. Furthermore, Bijondo reserves the right to exclude participants who use unauthorized aids or in any case obtain advantages through cumulative or repeated participations that are not expressly authorized by Bijondo or other types of "operations" that do not comply with the provisions present in this regulation; by way of example only: the use of automated scripts, hacker tools, Trojans, viruses or the acquisition of advantages through illegal means. Furthermore, providing false personal information and the use of "fake profiles" (such as robo profiles) will result in exclusion from the competition. In these cases, Bijondo reserves the right to request the return of prizes already delivered.





5. Closure or early termination of the Prize Draw
The organizer undertakes to do everything in its power to make the execution of the Prize Draw correct, however the responsibility does not include cases of force majeure.
In the event of the aforementioned circumstances, the organizer may cancel the prize competition by informing the participants of this. In this case, it is not responsible for damages suffered by the participants.

6. Return of unsolicited or unassigned prizes
In the event that, for any reason, the winning prize has not been awarded or when the prizes awarded have not been requested by those entitled, the same will be assigned to Save the Children (Code Phys. 97227450158 - VAT number 07354071008 - C. c postal no. 43019207).
The prizes expressly rejected by the winners may instead remain available to the promoter.
