Our orders are shipped on all working days with Nexive, Sda or Ups. Your order should be with you ihn just a few days.
You can return items/orders in exchange for a shopping voucher, a different product or a direct refund with the original payment method. Returned items must still have the label, must be returned in the original packaging and must not show visible signs of wear or use. You have 2 weeks time to return an order.
A label will be sent to you by email so that you can bring the items you wish to return to the post office or depending on your country, the order will be directly picked up at your house.
